REFUND POLICY

Individual orders will be charged based on information provided by the user.
If an order/s are billed incorrectly, we are committed to refunding and/or billing the appropriate credit card within 24-48 hours of notification from the user or an authorized company representative.

Refund will be limited to orders billed incorrectly or orders that meet the following criteria.

Please note, branded merchandise will not be accepted as a return unless it meets the following criteria.

• Defective merchandise
• Incorrect merchandise
• Incorrect branding
